3d scaninng

1st step in bodykit production is 3d scanning. It is the most important step. A real car is converted into a 3D model with maximum accuracy. Every millimeter counts. That's why our products need minimum ajustment with car. For this we use a good laser 3d scanner.

sketching and design

2nd step is sketching and design. This step sets us apart from our competitors. We make a unique, inimitable design. Design is our highlight! We have extensive experience in design and we work through every line, every fastener.

CNC Milling & 3d printing

This step allows us to translate the design into reality with 100% accuracy. What we cannot mill - we print on a 3D printer. These processes eliminate manual work, so the parts are symmetrical and even.

Billet preparing

After CNC works, the workpieces need to be processed and painted so that all reflections on the finished parts will be even. This step makes your painter's job easier.

We manufacture our parts in a variety of ways: hand molded from fiberglass; vacuum infusion for carbon fiber parts; thermo-vacuum molding for the manufacture of ABS plastic parts. All parts are perfect fit to the car.
