You must remember that the Revol team is not delivery company. We are manufacturer factory and use services by world delivery companies. We can't guarantee how long shipping takes to you.

It is the primary postal service which we use for a sending parcels. We give to customers Tracking Number after a parcel sends. Parcel will come by domestic postal service in your country.

It is the faster postal service which we use for a sending parcels. We give to customers Tracking Number after a parcel sends.

When we will send your order?

We ship orders in duration 5 business days after receiving payment. We have stock of the items. But if the item not in stock we will need 2 weeks to manufacturing and we will write you about it. We give to customers Tracking Number after a parcel sends.

Сustoms taxes and other

Any duties, tariffs, and/or brokerage fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. Please be aware of your country's Customs and Tariff Policies before placing an order.

Incorrect address information

Please fill in the input fields carefully (address, name, phone), do not make mistakes. If you will do order with a wrong adress information please write us in the 1st two days after ordering. If you will not write us we will send the parcel to a wrong adress (We are not responsible for shipments lost or returned to us due to an incorrect address).

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled before shipment by contacting with us. Usually we need from 1 day to 5 business days for sending. You can't cancel order after we sent the parcel.

PAYMENT

We accept PayPal, VISA, MasterCard, American Express cards and PAYONEER payments. All our prices in USD.

Your personal information you provide (name, address, phone, e-mail address, PayPal name) is confidential and is not subject to disclosure. Your PayPal data is transmitted only in an encrypted format and is not stored on our Web server.

Packing

Every detail is inspected for defects before packing. Then each piece is wrapped in soft cardboard to preserve sharp corners. All parts are put into a special box made of a wooden frame, sheathed with thick cardboard. Some kits we can ship in several boxes (2 or 3). We will provide tracking numbers for each box.
